You will receive an email with invoice number and shipment status embedded with the assigned courier service provider, Order status will be keep posting via email, you may also email/call us/online status enquire about your shipment status.
 
 
What are your delivery options?
 
We delivery by DHL, UPS for Northern America region, Taiwan and Thailand region ; SF Logistics for Hong Kong and China region. You may also advise your recommended courier service provider.
 
 
 
How do I return an item?
There are several courier service provider in partners with us, you may place your returning schedule and we will arrange returning service right at your door.
